Ross Chance, Lawrence's younger brother, comes from a background inside the Las Vegas casino industry as both a public relations expert and a journalist.

His expertise with games of, well, chance, comes in handy as his books explore what tend to be everyone's secret or not-so-secret fantasies--winning the big one in a variety of ways, and the not-so-organized gambles people take and get into when they achieve what they think is the jackpot of life.
